The chart shows the development over time of reported and laboratory-confirmed hospitalizations according to vaccination status in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
"With vaccination in the last 6 months" applies to persons who have received a vaccination dose in the last six months.
"With vaccination more than 6 months ago" applies to persons who received a vaccine dose more than six months ago. This includes persons whose most recent vaccination date is unknown.
Persons without COVID-19 vaccination are considered as "not vaccinated".
Persons without documented vaccination status or whose status is not known are classified as “unknown”.

The Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) has decided to suspend the requirement to report COVID-19 vaccinations with effect from 1 July 2023. The data on the Covid-19 dashboard will therefore no longer be updated.
