Vaccinated people by canton of residence

The data published here is based on information provided to us regularly by the cantons and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We publish the numbers on the following day. Therefore, they may differ from the numbers communicated by the cantons and Liechtenstein. The figures include vaccines from all suppliers.

Vaccinated people are now assigned to the canton in which they live (canton of residence) and no longer to the canton in which they received the vaccination. The published figures, particularly those relating to border regions and cantons that operate cross-cantonal vaccination centres, have changed accordingly.

The cantons and the Principality of Liechtenstein provide us with the data via a secure electronic channel. They are sent in the form of anonymised individual data. Owing to changes to the reporting procedure, for Canton Obwalden not all figures on vaccinated people can be shown. This will be remedied as soon as possible.

Ratio of risk groups to other people

Fully vaccinated people, Solothurn, 21.12.2020 to 25.07.2021

The graphic shows the ratio of fully vaccinated people in risk groups 1 to 4 to other people. “Other” may also include groups as per cantonal vaccination strategies.

The COVID-19 vaccination strategy prioritises people by risk groups (target groups 1 to 4) and all other people (target group 5). The risk groups comprise people at an increased risk of falling seriously ill, infection or transmission.
The personnel administering the vaccination check that the person belongs to the relevant group.

7-day values: the bars represent the ratio each week.
Total: The areas represent the cumulative ratio up to the corresponding point in time. The ratio can be displayed as percentages of “fully vaccinated people” or in relation to the entire population.
Due to mathematical rounding, the sum of the percentages may not be exactly 100%.
